To deliver ready-to-assemble components, SALCO operates an advanced CNC post-processing facility. Our multi-axis vertical machining centers (VMC) and long-travel profile milling centers handle extrusions up to 6 meters, adding holes, counterbores, slots, and threads to drawings within tight tolerances.
Operational Workflow
Precision Cut-to-Length
Double-mitre saws cut profiles to exact lengths with clean burr-free faces.
VMC Fixturing Setup
Pneumatic clamp arrays lock the profile to prevent vibration during high-speed machining.
Milling & Boring
Automated tool changers tap threads, route wire openings, and mill pocket profiles.
Deburring & Washing
Components are brushed and chemically cleaned to remove cutting fluids and metal chips.
Dimensional QC
Go/No-go gauges and coordinate measuring machines verify the coordinate tolerances.
